My husband is 27 and I am 24

We been married for 3 years

My husband is obsessed with twerking videos and porn. I told him before I font appreciate that (I am self conscious). Now he has been hiding it from me and lying to me.

He looks at other women when we go out right in front of me.

when I ask him about any of it he says I'm fucking ignorant. He says if he wanted someone else he could have them.

I do everything to try and please him sexually even stuff i don't like or that makes me feel bad about myself. We have a 2 year old son so most of my attention goes to my son of course. But when our son goes to bed sometimes I'm tired. But I still try to make my husband happy. Not that I can say the same.

Any advice on this marriage or should I stop and let him be him?
