Your milk came in. You’re engorged. You can hand express to relieve a small amount of the pressure/pain. Don’t pump though. Now is a crucial time for your body to start learning how much baby needs and how much to produce. 
I hear cabbage leaves are also helpful.

I thing you might be engorged. That’s milk that’s dying to come out! Hand express, hand pump, pump or feed more often? It could become more painful if you let it go. Plus if you pump it, you can have milk stored for bottle feeding or when you start to lose your milk supply. Good luck! That pain can be unbearable!
