I forgot to ask my ped yesterday .. but when can babies have yogurt? she is 6 months and we just started BLW

Yogurt can be started at 6 mos 😁 we are also BLW. I saw a momma recommend this website and it has been very helpful , you can search the food and it gives you lots of info.

You can do yogurt now. Just make sure it’s plain Greek yogurt.

We’re doing BLW too! The only thing I’ve been told to look for is to get a full fat yogurt
