My daughter is now 3 weeks old and she was pooping like 3/4 times a day since we came out of the hospital.

I was mainly breastfeeding but my partner would feed her once a day or once every other day with formula when I needed a rest . I stopped the formula completely a week ago as my partner went back to work and she’s just only on breastmilk now but she stopped pooping .

She did her last poo on Saturday morning and it’s been 4 days and still nothing .

She’s been seen by the health visitor on Monday and she said it can happen when u breastfeed as the baby takes everything from the milk , she’s not in any pain and looks happy and healthy but I’m still bit concerned . Has it happen to anyone else ?
