Baby detergent

My sister didn’t realize I had my baby’s stuff in the washer I was going to put it in the dryer and then she screams that the babies clothes were in it and she washed all our laundry and used our detergent and not the babies detergent and I’m scared to use her clothes now how can I get rid of the detergent smell or for good cause it’s upsetting me that her washcloths were in it and new clothes I got since she outgrew preemie and my baby is still peeling and I don’t want anything with fragrance on her cause I am also sensitive to fragrances
