I try to do it around the same time but it doesn’t have to be exact to the minute. Especially if you’re going back to work. My baby eats every 2-3 hours from a bottle while I’m work but I pump every 3-4 hours and haven’t had issues.

Yes. Every time baby gets a bottle you need to pump. Your body signals certain times of day to make more milk. Like at night per say. If your baby wakes up at night your body will keep making more milk. If they start sleeping through the night your milk will drop down and regulate. The same thing will happen during the day.
