Ferber method help!!!
Omg I’m trying the Ferber method for the first time for nap and it’s breaking my heart! My LO has been screaming for almost an hour! I don’t think I can do it! When I check in on her she’s so sad and red faced 😢 then she starts smiling cuz I’m there! It’s breaking my heart! Would you keep trying this method? I know people have success but... maybe she’s not tired enough 😬
