What teas are safe during pregnancy?

I heard a lot about how you shouldn't drink some, and others say you can. I just got some Celestial Seasonings Tension Tamer herbal tea as a gift. Wondering if it's ok to drink ?

Herbal teas are safe to drink as long as u don't overdo them. Like 1 or2 cups a day

I stick to Rooibos. A lot of herbal teas are no-gos for various reasons, black tea has caffeine, green tea and white tea inhibit folate absorption.

I was afraid of which teas to drink too after reading things off the internet, but when I asked my doctor, she basically said that if it’s sold in a grocery store, it’s most likely fine. It would have a warning on it like “if pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor before consuming,” and that most of the things in brand teas are in such small amounts, that you’d have to drink a ton of it to have any affect at all. She also said up to 200mg of caffeine/day is fine while pregnant. I drink ice coffee from Starbucks most days, a small has about 90mg caffeine. Sometimes I get a large black tea lemonade, and that’s 40mg of caffeine. 
 I’d ask your doctor about these things first. Good luck :)
