6months pp from a c-section

Hi mommies.

Maybe a bit of a weird question.. But here we go..

So I've recenty taken up sports.. Just trying to strengthen (but also tone, would love to have a shape other than blub, but that's not my goal) my body..

I'm on depo provera shots.. Which I had 4 years before ttc.. And never ever bled through.

So when I had a "period" a few days back, I was kinda surprised.. But literally everything regarding my body is different so I thought that was it, my body reacting different to the depo shot.

So I bled (and this one felt like lowkey period)

Then I had a day nothing

Then I bled

Then I had a day nothing

Now today I sported hard, I did more difficult, more exhausting exercises for a longer period of time and though it was exhausting I didn't feel like I was overdoing it for my body.

Now.. I have a big bleed..

And I'm backtracking..

The days that I bled, were the days I exercised...

Could it be that something inside isn't entirely closed yet or is still pretty sensitive that's getting tissue damaged by exercising?

Just hoping to get some more insight...
