Tips needed...

My bd and I recently moved into a 2 bedroom with our 2 boys (2 and 5 mo) two weeks ago. Our 2 yr old is an amazing little boy. Very smart and a great helper. These past two days, however, we've noticed its been a bit different. For instance, he's usually great at throwing away trash when we ask him, but now he tells us hes scared and wants us to walk with him to the trash even though its less than 3 ft away. We havent had this issue before, even in the short time we've lived here. Its his first time sleeping in his own room, (he shares with his baby brother now), so we knew there'd be a bit of an adjustment needed for him, but now hes not even satisfied with one of us just being in his room until he sleeps. Unless we're laying/sitting in his bed with him- hes crying that he's scared. His baby brothers bed is right across from him and sometimes we'd have to be on THAT bed to put baby to sleep and our 2 yr old will just start screaming. These past two days it seems that he'll be okay UNTIL the moment baby is about to sleep- then he goes ballistic and theres no calming him down unless we sit/lay on his bed with him. Its getting pretty frustrating. We've tried just letting him cry it out, but at 2-630am Im sure our neighbors wouldnt appreciate that approach all the time. Any advice, insight, or tips?
