That’s a girl. We found out at 13 weeks exactly with my son and 15 weeks with our 2 girls. 
I would seriously bet money that this is a girl. I had weekly ultra sounds with all 3 kids from start to finish of my pregnancies and boys do not have 3 lines. She’s just swelled down there which is normal at this stage

Ooh I just wanted to say it’s really early to tell at this stage, up to about 11 or 12 weeks the male and female sex organs look very similar, as you can see below. The most accurate way of determining gender at this gestation is to measure the angle of the genital tubercle or “nub”. If you have a nub shot try reposting that, potty shots at this age aren’t too helpful! Just wanted to prepare you for the possibility it might be a boy too! 😊

I think girl! There are three lines and at this stage the genitals are engorged anyway. I would put money on girl.

I’m honestly not sure. Girls can be swollen at this stage, but if it is a girl she is VERY swollen. Most of the time it is not this long. On the other hand, it looks too long to be a penis too. Also, boys can definitely have 3 lines, especially when imaged early on.
