Anyone own a theragun?
I started working out and lifting heavy again after having kids. It’s been 4 years and I get super sore lately. I’ve heard good things about the theraguns. I’m wondering if they’re worth it? I’d most likely get the mini since my husband is military and gets a discount on it so we’d only be spending $150 max on it.
