Flange fit? Please!

Help! I can’t tell if I need 24 or 28 mm flanges. I think 28 is the right size for me, but does it look too big to you all? Thank you!

The 28mm looks better. You don't want the edges of your nipple to rub the sides of the flange tube at all!

Use a measuring tape to measure ur nipple diameter. This is the best way to measure and helped me a lot

I would say 28. But it’s really whichever feels the most comfortable to you and gets you the most milk (if you notice a difference).

I’d say 28 as well!!! This was hard for me to get a good fit too. This chart helped a little!
