Okay. So ladies I need some help.

I got a positive pregnancy test the 15th of January. ( I tested two weeks prior to that. Negative. ) ( also may i add I have irregular periods so I didn’t have a period December) I have a history of ectopic so my dr got me in a week after my positive ( yes I know early he just likes to check up on things with my history) and the ultrasound read NOTHING. Not even a sac. 🥺🥺🥺 my guess is I was too early but my guess is I would have been around 4 weeks at the time of the ultrasound because you have to be around there to get a positive test ( I got the week prior) am I just being crazy? Should I have seen any thing? Some thing??? I go back in next week to see if we can see any thing I think I’m just scared. This is pregnancy number 6 🥺 and I have 2 kids. So I’m just scared insight please?
