Hi Ladies, i don’t post on here a lot! But last year at this exact time(January 26th 2020) to be exact, I posted a picture like the one below(top image), asking everyone if i looked my weight(240 lb).

Some people told me i looked great and i should be confident in my body. They were right. I appreciate all of you who were and uplifting ❤️ Others were more blunt, and told me yes i did look my weight, and it wouldn’t hurt if i lost a few lbs. you guys were right too. I didn’t wanna hear that at the time, but also, i knew if i was 100% healthy happy with my body, i wouldn’t be asking people on an app if i looked good or not? 💁🏽‍♀️

So, i took all the comments in stride, and decided to pursue a weight loss Journey during quarantine FOR ME. So i could be confident and content. Below is a side by side before and after. Im really proud of myself! I cant believe how much weight i lost by making small, consistent, healthy lifestyle changes. I now weight 192 lb!

I didn’t lose this weight overnight, and i did NO FAD DIETS. I encourage anyone pursuing weight loss to take their time and don’t stress yourself out about results! This is the most successful weight loss I’ve ever seen, and also the least restrictive diet i ever followed!

Just wanted to share my experience here ❤️ and motivate anyone who feels like their goals aren’t happening soon enough. Dont worry it takes time and thats ok!!
