test or wait? help please

i’m now 5 days late for af. i have one pregnancy test left right now (i could get more but i’m busy this week). my periods are irregular after getting off of birth control a few months ago. i did not test for ovulation this month as we were not actively “trying”.

i’ve had periods up to three weeks late. i always get pms symptoms leading up to the late ones though. i have absolutely no symptoms this month and i don’t see af anywhere in sight.

should i wait ?? or test. i don’t want to waste my one test and have it negative then get my period shortly after.
