For example, your partner is exposed to COVID at work and goes to get tested and tests positive this morning same as the person that exposed them. You obviously live in the same

House and sleep in the same bed etc. You’re in contact before their positive test giving a kiss goodbye before work so 5 mins of contact. After hearing they were positive you go get yourself tested and are negative.. your job let’s you come back to work the very next day because your partner is going to quarantine in hotel not in your guys home. Is this legal or does it even make sense your job would allow this?? I live in Upstate NY
