I think it helped my uterus have strong effective contractions, yes. But baby was a bit crooked so she took a long time and a lot of work to come out! It can't hurt to drink it. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I drank 3 cups a day the whole third trimester.

My third baby is the first I drank it a bunch with and I had the longest labor.. and was induced so I wouldn't say it helped with either thing
