Any IVF success stories with low ovarian reserve?

This is our first time in IVF, IUI wasn't successful.

My friend got 1 egg her first go and he’s now 2, and her second baby is 3 months old— also from a 1 egg retrieval.

I have amh 0.1! and 7 follicles every month. I had 2 eggs retrieved and got pregnant from my first ivf fresh transfer. Good to a doctor who will do a fresh transfer and not force psg testing to take your money! We have no eggs to test. Just do fresh transfers.

I had success. But it took a bit. I had a history of pregnancy loss. AMH 0.57. On my first round of IVF I became pregnant from a fresh transfer, lost the pregnancy. On my second round of IVF, I did PGS—amazingly, I got 5 blastocysts in that round and 4 came back normal. I can’t know for sure, but I wonder if high doses of CoQ10 and DHEA that my dr recommended made a difference. Got pregnant on a second FET from that batch or embryos. Son is now 13 months. 
A great place for success stories—and one I turned to frequently during my journey—is the Beat Infertility podcast. It really helped me to maintain hope—which can be so hard.
