I’m not sure what’s happening to me or what’s going on but when I was 5 weeks they found out I had o negative blood gave me a shot of rhogam and my hcg was 6172 at an emergency room because I was spotting they wanted my ob to check my hcg two days later and it only went up to 6210 when I got my blood drawn at a lab so my doctor wanted me to do a second blood draw from same lab but I ended back at the er Friday same day I was suppose to go to the lab and the hospital took my blood and it went up to 6660 after I passed a blood clot they did ultrasound seen the baby it was there the yolk and sac no fetal pole but they seen a fiberoid as well really small 1.5mm later that day I passed another clot size tip of my pinky and my hcg was at 3305 when I went to er they suggested miscarriage gave me another ultrasound after the two clots passed and baby was still there they seen yolk and sac still no fetal pole and still small fiberoid but baby was there just no heart beat so monday comes I go to a different er for a second opinion and my hcg had went back up to 6335 and they did another ultrasound and the yolk and sac was seen the gestational sac measuring at 5w 4 days and the fetal pole was seen and measured at 6w 1 day well they referred me to there ob at that hospital and she wanted to see me 2 days after my appointment when I arrived they asked questions then the ob explained do I want to do a d&c or take a pill to pass the baby because my hormones haven’t went up passed 6000 range and my baby doesn’t have a heart beat even though it still growing well she described she was taking some blood to check my white blood count because they was high but that was because I was on a antibiotic for my tooth I recently just stop taking and asked did I want them to check my hcg again since I’m in “disbelief “ and I insisted no d&c I’ll let the bag pass naturally and I wanted another ultrasound which she scheduled for me next week and I’ll be 7w and 2 days by then but my hcg level came back from that appointment and now my hcg is 8634 which she insisted I was mis carrying since it didn’t pass 6000 and dropped I’m so confused and honestly terrified because what’s happening to me and why is my baby growing my hcg going up but everyone is insisting I do a d&c but now since my hcg went up NOW the ob wants to get more blood work as well at the ultrasound I pray my baby is still growing and has an ultrasound I’m so nervous
