A few years ago I was told it’s healthier to use lube when having sex. Well that’s just what I’ve done since hearing that. About a month ago I visited my OBGYN to figure out why having trouble TTC... After stopping BC 6 months prior. He asked if I used lube, I answered yes... Not expecting him to tell me not to... Pretty sure he could tell I was confused, so he went on to explain that lubes can actually prevent the sperm from fertilizing the egg. He told me to use Coconut Oil or Vegetable Oil instead... So oddly I tried Coconut Oil this last Ovulation Cycle... Well needless to say something worked because I got a BFP 10 DPO!
