Pain during pregnancy
Okay yall. I was in a car accident hit by a semi truck and I have a lot of back and shoulder pain. I've been to a orthopedic doctor chriopractor massage and physical therapist I was using bio freeze daily but I don't think it's safe during pregnancy. Tylenol doesn't work for me so I need some other ways of pain management. Help! What do you mommas do?
