How did you know you were miscarrying ?

If you’ve had a miscarriage, how did it start and ended ?

I started spotting and from there it went into full on period and started passing tissue

I didn’t know until my 11 weeks ultrasound and there was no heartbeat.

Spotting and it stayed like spotting it was bizarre

I've had two.  The first one I had pain first...it came in waves almost like I was in labor.  The blood came quickly and heavy after that.
The second one was different.  I started spotting for a day or two.  Then it was more like a heavy period for a few days.

I didnt have any cramps or pain at first just woke up from a nap and went to pee and say the blood!
