I am 29 weeks pregnant, and for most of my pregnancy, I have had a problem with my nose bleeding. It doesn’t ever bleed like dripping down my face. However, ever single time I blow my nose, the tissue is covered in blood. Sometimes clots of blood come out too. It drips down my throat and I cough up blood every morning from post nasal drip. It’s been this way for months, and bleeds every time I blow my nose. My nose has crusted dried blood inside it as well. I really don’t know what to think of this?
