Can you get bc without parent permission at 16

I need birth control for my period and my mom wont let me get it. She pisses me off so bad she says it’s for whores meanwhile she has 5 baby dads. And I said “maybe your ass shouldbe gotten on birth control.” I don’t understand how I’m not allowed to be seen by a doctor without her permission but I can supposedly get birth control and without her.
