Protein in urine but normal blood pressure?

So I went into my 26 week doc appt today, and my urine came back with 1+ of protein. But my blood pressure was 90/60 which is normal they said. Should I be worried that I have protein in my urine? This is my 3rd baby and pregnancy and I’ve never had this before. Never had high blood pressure either. Any advice???

I had the exact same issue, normal blood pressure, third baby and +1 protein. When I asked about the results they told me it was only a small amount and they would just continue to monitor it.

I’ve had 1+ protein in my urine since 20 weeks, blood pressure fine. Now 35 weeks and drs aren’t worried.

It can be dehydration as well. There can also always be some level of protein. If they are concerned, they’ll re test and do blood work.

If you ate within an hour before your appt I wouldn’t pay attention much. I had this last time also. It would be more so checking for diabetes 🤷🏼‍♀️
