DPO??

Question

So how do you calculate your DPO? I have seen different post where some say you count the day of ovulation and some say you count the day after? I’m either 6 or 7 DPO

Well, DPO stands for Days Past Ovulation. If you had your first positive OPK on the 23rd, ovulation would most likely occur on the 24th, so on the 25th, you would be 1DPO.

Day of positive opk is “peak day”, the next would be “ovulation day” and following is considered “1 dpo”
