I’m going to be starting birth control (the pill) this week. I’m just waiting for my period to start. My doctor told me that I can have spotting for up to 3 months in between my periods.

I was wondering if I should wear a panty liner for those 3 months (except my period obviously) or if I should just hope it doesn’t stain. I know it won’t like go through my underwear and stain my pants, but I don’t to ruin all of my underwear.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but any advice would be appreciated.
