Just went to the bathroom and noticed this? It’s not pee or sweat since I was just sitting in the kitchen.

Call. Also, in the meantime, put on fresh panties and see if it does it again. A tear in your amniotic sac won’t stop leaking if that’s what it is. 💗

Put on a pad and if it soaks it then it's time to head to l&d.

Call your doc. But I was told if you sit down and it leaves a puddle within a few min it could be your water, if not it’s just pee or sweat or discharge etc
