I'm pregnant with my first and my mom has been trying to prepare me for birth. My dad was only at my birth. He didn't go to any if my siblings. I'm the oldest out if 6 kids. When I would ask why my mom just started laughing. She was finally able to tell me. My mom was 17, my dad had just turned 19 and my dad is a very queasy person. He can't handle bodily fluids. He was holding my mom's hand while she was giving birth to me and he was not looking down. When I game out I was covered in blood and goop and my father projectile vomited all over my mother! It was terrible. I looked at my dad as my mom was telling me this story and he just covered his face and said "Not my best moment." Ever since then my parents decided it's best if dad isn't in the delivery room. Honestly I can't stop laughing. I just had to say something. I feel so bad for my mom. She just gave birth with a 3rd degree tear and then gets vomited on. She laughs about it now though. I really hope my husband doesn't do that lmao!
