Cervix low??

So my period is due in 8 days and me and my boyfriend are not having penetrative sex but he was fingering me yesterdsy and I felt him hit my cervix? Is it normal for my cervix to be so low??? Am I pregnant?? Or is it just dropped because my period is supposed to be here soon(also not having my usual pms) what’s going on?!
