UPDATE- THE DOG IS GONE! Thank you all for the support. I really appreciate it

So, I made a post about how my husband went behind my back and got a dog after I said no. So the other night my 1 & 3 y/o were picking up toys with me so we could get ready for bed. This dog nipped both my kids. I put him in the garage and told my husband when he went on break. He kept making excuses, oh he was playing etc. No, no he was not. By the way, I've told him from the beginning that I didn't trust the dog. Anyways he threw a fit because I said the dog can't stay because it's too much risk for OUR kids! He's mad and threatening to leave me over this dog. I am beyond pissed right now. He thinks that it's no big deal he nipped our boys. Advice please
