Who else is dealing with hyperemesis gravidarum

I had it really bad during my last pregnancy and I think this time is even worse. I'm 6 almost 7 weeks pregnant and didn't even make my doctors appointment yet so I haven't had any medication. Diclegis was a lifesaver for me the last time but until I get my medical what have been some things to help your nausea/vomiting and excessive fatigue. I literally cant stand up without almost fainting. It's getting so hard to take care of my 2 year old. Any advice would help

The equivalent of diclegis is just over-the-counter regular Unisom along with 25 mg of B6. You can take this regimen for up to 3 times a day, but at first it’s going to make you really tired until you get used to it. The over-the-counter version doesn’t work for everyone, but it typically works for most people. Also, search HG groups on Facebook. You’ll find many with thousands of women in them, and they have a lot of tips and tricks. The key to HG is starting a medication early. You do not want to wait until your eight or nine weeks along to start getting help. You should actually be able to call your doctor and get him to call you in the diclegis if that’s what worked the first time. He shouldn’t need to see you knowing your previous diagnosis.

Unisom contains some of the same ingredients as Diclegis without needed a script. Take that and b6 2x a day (1/2 tab of unisom). I don't have HG but had all day nausea and this has helped immensely

Omg. Same. I had it very bad my whole pregnancy with my first baby and I threw up everyday. This pregnancy I feel even worse which I didn’t know was possible. Until I had my first appt I bought mint lifesavers and I literally ate them all day and they were one of the only things that helped me. Also drinking water was very hard for me so I would start feeling dehydrated and even worse. So I would get the grape or kiwi Pedialyte (the kiwi is better and didnt make my stomach hurt ) and being hydrated helped a lot. I would drink one of those every few days. 
All I could really eat since nothing sounded good was saltines and chicken noodle soup broth. Also watermelon always sounded good to me. 
When I got my appt my dr told me to try vitamin b6 three times a day and aee if it helps before I get on zofran again like last time. I haven’t started the b6 yet but I heard it does help some people.
Try to just snack on light foods all day (saltines , applesauce , whatever sounds good that’s not too heavy)

I believe I am. I’ve thrown up 13 times within the last 24hrs 🥴 last week my OB prescribed me Reglan but honestly with the negative side effects I’ve read I haven’t taken it. Hoping for diclegis or some other prescription this week. Hope you start to have some sort of relief soon!
