To test or wait (or call doc?)

Period should have started Friday (and I normally spot for a couple days before and didn’t have that either). It is still a no show today, tested Saturday but got a BFN. Due to work I wasn’t able to test this morning with FMU. If I test this afternoon, will I just have to not pee for 4 hours before? Should I just wait until tomorrow? At what point should I call my doc (I have a swollen tube so now I’m panicking about having an ectopic)?

I am doing everything I can to not symptom spot. I even BD with my husband last night because that has been known to get my period going (weirdly enough).

Any help/advice to calm my nerves would be great. This is my first time TTC so I’m basically just freaking out 24/7 😅
