Anyone know what cervix position and texture says about your pregnancy? I'm 10 weeks, but have not been to the doctor yet, first appointment next week.

I've had some weird dull pains around the cervix area over the past week. Not bad, just a dull ache, no bleeding.

Ive been feeling around the cervix to see if there was any blood and a couple times I noticed my cervix was low and hard. Normally it's been high and soft but today it was low and hard which seems weird. I also noticed there was a tiny bit of discharge that looked kind of like skin.

I'm paranoid that something is wrong, I hate that I haven't had a scan yet to know if everything is normal, but every little thing like this makes me think there could be something wrong. Anyone have any insight into what all this could mean, if anything?
