Anyone else with a breach baby? I have to decide by next week if we want to try and turn her or schedule a c section.

I’m just nervous because I didn’t realize the complications of trying to turn a baby.

I said head down but honestly don’t know lol she was head down at my 20 week anatomy scan but I haven’t had an ultrasound since. I won’t get another til 36 weeks and I’m now 32 weeks. I know a lot of women who had breech babes right up until they went into labor and baby flipped. One of my best friends son had an ultrasound at 38 weeks and he was breech. She had another at 39 weeks and he had flipped. She had him 2 days later. I know it’s hard not to stress, but trust whatever happens your babe will get here the safest way possible, whether csection or vaginal. Sometimes they just like hanging out a certain way before they go head first to the exit lol

Did a spinning babies/bodywork session at 33weeks and my transverse baby slid head down as soon as she was done lol it was weird

We’re breech over here, too. As hard as it is I’d say try not to worry about it. Baby has to come out one way or another, so, and I’m sure your preference is to do it in the safest way for you and baby, so try not to get hung up on it....

My SIL had her head down baby flip at 36 weeks. So there is time to flip naturally. I would personally say have them try and flip the baby before under going a major abdominal surgery.

33 weeks and baby is still breech. We’ve got 4 weeks until they will try and turn her if she doesn’t do it on her own. They haven’t really told me the complications of trying to turn her other than the possibility of an emergency c section. What are the complications of turning baby manually?

I’m 34 weeks, mine is in a frank breech. He’s been breech since the beginning. I go in next week to discuss my options. I honestly don’t want to try and flip but I also don’t want to have a c-section. Idk what to do.

My first baby was breech up to 36 weeks. I watched some videos on YouTube, and did the exercises. within a week he turned head down

My son was head down until a week before he came with my first pregnancy. It freaked me out but he flipped to head down position about 2 days before he came. My stomach was super pointy  it was very easy to know what was happening. You should just wait and see before you set anything in stone. C sections are something I wish I could’ve avoided.
