I am a 20 year old female that is 189 pound (check yesterday) I need help on reaching my goal which is 160 and hope I can lose it all this year. I know will take time and will take lot of healthy choices. So I need is what certain food will you recommend to eat and what workout to do since quarantine is here, what can I do in home or if any game like workout games as boxing simulator or any that can help. Also how long should I work out and how many days as well. I need help guys I really do
