Not able to exercise
So... I’ve always been moderately active: I was running, doing kickboxing classes, etc. I worked out at least 4 days a week. Since I am pregnant though, I can barely workout once a week, and I soon get dizzy and nauseous. I can’t do much and it makes me feel very low and lazy... any tricks? Am I the only one who can barely put in 20 minutes of moderate exercise a day? I try to walk, but winters in Canada are not the best for this type of exercise. I am 10 weeks in and I already miss working out so much... 🥺
