Can anyone tell me what this might be? Red mark on 4yo face.
I asked his ped and he glanced and said “eczema, cream on it 2-3x/day” but it doesn’t resemble eczema to me and cream hasn’t made it any better. It’s not dry or a different texture at all. And it’s getting bigger over time.

Oct 2020 small red dot
Feb 2021 red dot and redness spreading
