I am having my first baby in four months. I made the decision today to have a natural birth..then I watched some birth videos and now I’m not so sure. And now I’m scared haha, probably shouldn’t have watched anything!

Does anyone have any recommendations for birth naturally or with an epidural, perineal massages, books on giving birth and breastfeeding? Suddenly I feel so unprepared! And since it’s my first baby I am overwhelming myself googling things so any advice from women who have already experienced this helps 😊
