I just started birth control (the combination pill). My doctor told me that I can have spotting between my periods for the first 3 or 4 months.

I was wondering if I should wear a panty liner for those 3 months (except my period obviously), or just hope that I don’t stain my underwear. I know that it won’t go through my underwear and stain my pants, but I don’t want to ruin all of my underwear.

I’m sorry if this is a dumb question, but any advice is appreciated. Thank you!
