Telling employer after 20w?

Question

My company is still doing year end review and likely will finish in next few weeks. My 20w anatomy scan is in 4 weeks. So I’m thinking I should wait for an unbiased review, then tell them about pregnancy after a normal anatomy scan.
What do you think of this? Any concerns? Thanks!

I told my employer before the review. But I already knew it wasn't going to be a problem with my employer. Our HR lady just got back from pregnancy leave. I still got a good review with a personal note wishing me good luck with the pregnancy :) 
So I guess it depends on your manager/employer. If you don't feel comfortable, I would wait too.

With my first pregnancy, I waited until after my review. Don’t remember how far along i was. This pregnancy didn’t line up with that, but we didn’t do reviews this year (probably due to covid?).
