Not fully pregnancy related !

I am 21 , gave birth to twins in September 2020 and the hospital i delivered at constantly neglected me including me almost dying from an iron infusion while pregnant with them cause they neglected me and ignored me while i was having anaphylactic shock from being allergic to it..

I couldn’t do anything because i “didn’t die” and patient advocacy never came to talk to me..

Then i JUST received a letter where the hospital says an employee breached my information , including my medical records, social security number , address etc and my twins info and that they fired them and reported it and tried to apologize but i feel extremely wronged here ! I already am on edge because I’ve had people trying to break into our home and cars and this is just extra stress to deal with...

I contacted HIPPA and I’m wondering if i have rpom to sue here ???

Like who knows what they did with that information and here in florida there’s a lot of sex trafficking so I’m even more paranoid now..
