Okay I want to know how to be healthier and eat clean. I dont eat red meat, i eat chicken here and there and fish, also trying to cut down on carbs from pastas and i eat very little sweets. For those that are vegans or vegetarian, what do you guys eat and how do you maintain it because everything im doing, I havent lost weight and my doctor told me i have to lose weight. Also what workouts or excercies work without equipment or going out. Thank you!
