Is low eye contact and no response to name alarming for a 20 month old baby boy? he will be 2 in june.. he doesn’t really give me signs of autism other than that. Well he does a lot of baby babbling says “mama” he used to say dada a lot but he doesn’t say that anymore since he’s turned one. He says “Goo, Guh” sounds and says “Yeah Yeah Yeah” repeatedly.. Should he be evaluated I seen other families sons didn’t talk until 3-5 years old?? I just get concerned... i can call his name name and he won’t respond and he looks at me but he will look away
