If I have yogurt cups that are 2 days expired (but don’t taste off) is it safe to freeze them & eat later?

Absolutely no problems with eating yogurt a few days(even weeks) after the best before date. You will absolutely know if it's bad, it's curdled and smells.

Yogurt, being a fermented product, often stays good well past the expiration date. Apparently, one can even take mold off the top & still eat it? 
I have discussed this with a microbiologist, as well as someone who grew up with no fridge but had homemade yogurt. 
I think only 2 days past the date, no mold, tastes fine & freezing it, that definitely should be fine. I'm kind of a germaphobe (literally agoraphobic due to covid) and I'd 100% eat that yogurt. 
Although I eat dairy free yogurt these days.

If yoghurt smells ok and tastes ok, it is ok. That technology used to make yoghurt is basically the same that makes milk go bad. 😃 But I personally would'nt freeze it. Still on the other hand that is also ok to do if you want to.

I wouldn’t do that with dairy products once they’re bad they’re bad frozen or not usually
