Bad mom, GD
I just got results back from my glucose screening and it was 137. Anything over 135 is considered at risk for gestational diabetes. I haven’t been eating as healthy as I could this pregnancy and now I really hate myself. You’d think after two losses (one miscarriage, one molar), I’d be on top of things but I’m just not.
Currently waiting to be scheduled for a three hour screening (blood draw once an hour for 3 hours) and those results will be more clear and my doctor will give me some advice. Who else had GD and how did you change your diet? Did you feel this crappy of a mom already?
