Any advice

Does genital warts affect the baby? I’m 30 weeks pregnant and they just now popped up I never had anything like this before and I’m scared my dr didn’t run test but a urine test and that came back good and test for std’s that came back good the only thing was my iron was too low she just looked down there and said you have warts.. Did anybody else go through this??
