I’m excited, yet nervous.

Hi ladies I just found out I am pregnant today. According to the app I’m 5 weeks. Only symptom I have is mood swings, breast tenderness, and mild cramping. I do not have nausea at all! Can this be a bad sign that my hormones may not be so high ? I am nervous, i have to make an appointment with my doctor ASAP.
