Hey everyone. So a little over a year ago I found out I have a medium sized fibroid in my uterus and I also have a couple cysts. The last couple of months I’ve noticed I’ll barely eat and I feel full, I am tired all the time, my periods suck with cramps from hell. So Saturday (4 days ago) I noticed spotting and it’s come and gone over the last few days but today is worse. I’m scared out of my mind that it’s cancer or something. I have terrible anxiety and I’ve never spotted like this before. Any similar stories? I am just freaking out. Thanks
